How can I find my size?

Please refer to our Size Guide. If you need size advice, feel free to contact us!

How consistent is jean sizing?

We do our best to make sure our sizing is consistent. However, you may experience small variations from one jean to the next of the same size. This is because jeans are sewn by hand and manufacturers the world over can have a size variation of up to 1inch (2-3cm). We recommend trying your jeans on before removing the labels.

What can I do if the product I want is no longer available?

We are sorry that the product is no longer available. If you want to keep up-to-date on product restocking, you can create an alert on the page of the product you are interested in.

How do the ‘wishlist’ and ‘alerts’ work?

You can create your wishlist by clicking the little ‘heart’ shape on each product page, next to the product name. You can then view all your wishlist products under MyAccount > My Wishlist.

If an item is out of stock, you can create an alert to be notified when it is back. Simply click the ‘create an alert’ button on the page of the product you are interested in. You will then receive an email if the product becomes available again.

How can I find out about how Bell St products are made?

All our jeans are made in Türkiye. We work hand and glove with a small specialist jeans manufacturer for material sourcing, design, and construction.

Why is Bell St not having sales?

We are passionate about making timeless jeans that you can wear forever. We focus on making your best pair of jeans with the highest quality at the fairest possible price. Our model without intermediaries and distributors allows us to do fair pricing all year round. That’s why we don’t do promotions or sales.

Order & payment

Are the items in my shopping basket reserved for me?

The items in your shopping basket are not reserved and remain available to other customers.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Apple Pay

Is payment secure?

Payment is 100% secure. When you make a payment, you will see a padlock next to the URL in your browser, which means your connection is completely secure.

Your bank may also ask you to complete a 3D Secure verification before authorising a payment.

How do I use a gift card?

We offer gift cards in both physical or electronic form:

  • Physical gift cards are delivered in a lovely box with a personalised message to the specified address.
  • E-gift cards are directly sent to the recipient’s email address witha personalised message on the specified date.

Gift cards are available on the website under Shop > Gift Cards and valid for 12months.

To purchase a product using a gift card, simply enter the code in the ‘Gift Card/ Coupon Code’ box. Please note that your order must be placed in the same currency as the gift card.

If you wish to return a product purchased with a gift card, please submit your return request as normal and we will refund you with a credit note. If the total refund is more than the amount on your gift card, we will send the difference to the payment method used.

Do I have to pay taxes and/or customs duties?

You won’t have to pay anything more than the price shown on our website. All our prices are inclusive of taxes and custom duties.

How do I know if my order is successful?

Once your order is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email including your order number and summary of your purchase. If you haven’t received an email from us, please check your spam folder.

You can also find details of your order under My Account > My Orders.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

Once your order has been placed, you can no longer cancel or edit it. However, if you no longer wish to keep your item, please return it to us within 14 days.

Delivery

What are the delivery times and costs?

UK orders are shipped the next business day via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Orders from £130 include free delivery within the UK. You will be charged £5 delivery fee for UK orders under £130.

We don’t currently deliver outside the UK, however hope to deliver to EU very soon!

How can I track my order?

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your courier tracking number. You can also check the status of your order under My Account > My Orders.

What can I do if my parcel is returned to Bell St?

If the courier has not been able to deliver your parcel to you and the parcel is sent back to us, we will refund you within 7 working days of receiving the parcel.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to reship your parcel for logistical reasons. Please place your order again.

What can I do if I received an incorrect product?

If the item received is not what you had ordered or an item is missing from your parcel, please contact us at hello@bellstjeans.com with the order number and photos of the items received including the attached product labels.

Once we receive these details, we will find a solution as quickly as possible.

What can I do if I received a faulty product?

Product quality is extremely important tous and we perform rigorous quality checks to ensure your item is in perfect condition. 

However, if you received a faulty product, please contact us at hello@bellstjeans.com with the order number and photo of the faulty item including the attached product label.

We will then send you a pre-paid return label so you can return the faulty item to us. Once we receive it, we will either refund you or send you a replacement, depending on your preference.

Returns & refunds

How do I return a product?

To initiate a return, please create your return request under My Account > My Orders by selecting the ‘Start Return’ option within a specific order or by clicking here.

Please note that if the 'Start Return' option is not visible under your order, it means that the return period has ended and it is no longer possible to return these items.

Once you create your return request online, you will receive an email containing a pre-paid returnlabel. We will cover the cost of returns within the UK.

Please place the items to be returned in their originalbox and stick the provided label on top. Then drop off your return parcel to a collection point indicated on the returns label.

What are the terms for a return?

If you wish to return an item, you have 14 days to start your return.

Items should be returned in their original, unworn condition with all accessories and labels attached.

If the item is returned outside the 14 days return period, in poor condition and without labels attached, it will not be accepted.

Can I return another product within the same order?

We only cover the cost one return. After returning an item, if you wish to return another item from the same order, the second return will be at your own cost.

Can I keep the gift provided in my order if I make a return?

If you return your whole order, please send the gift back as well. Thanks for your understanding.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your parcel has been received by us, your refund will be processed within 5 working days. You will receive an email from us once your refund has been processed.

Please allow a further 5 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

Can I exchange a product?

Items cannot be exchanged on our website.

If you would like a different size, colour or style, please return the item and place a new order on our website.

Product care & maintenance

How can I have my item altered?

We do not provide an alteration service. However, we offer jeans in various waist and leg length sizes, please refer to our Size Guide.

If the jeans you ordered do not fit, please return them and reorder a different waist size and/or leg length to find your perfect fit.

If the jeans you ordered is not the right style, please refer to our Fit Guide to find an alternative style that might fit you better.

Can I have my item repaired?

We do not currently provide a repair service. If your jeans need repairing, we recommend getting in touch with a good quality tailor.

What is the best way to look after my item?

Treat them with love - please refer to our Care Guide to find our tips for looking after your jeans and helping them to last even longer.

Customer account

How do I manage my newsletter subscription?

To subscribe to our newsletter, simply enter your email address in the box at the bottom of our homepage. You can also do this from My Account > My Information and by selecting to receive our notifications.

If our newsletters are not reaching you, please check your spam folder and add our email address to your address book.

If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters, simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of a newsletter we send. You can also do this from My Account > My Information and by selecting not to receive our notifications.

How do I create and access my customer account?

To create a customer account, simply click on the login icon at the top of our homepage, then click ‘Register’ and fill in the information requested. You will receive an email confirming your registration.

If you are having problems logging in to your account, we suggest changing your password via ‘Forgot Your Password?’ option.

How do I change my account password?

If you wish to change your password when you are logged in to your account, you can do this under My Account > My Information.

If you have problems logging in to your account, please click on the login icon at the top of our homepage, then enter your email address and click ‘Forgot Your Password?’ option. You will then receive an email asking you to reset your password. If you haven’t received an email from us, please check your spam folder.

How do I update or close my account?

You can update your personal details under My Account > My Information.

If you want to closeyour account, please contact us at hello@bellstjeans.com. Once we receive your request, we will confirm your account closure within 5 business days.
